Julia Fernandez is an illustrator who works mainly with traditional means and has experimented with different tools in that format. She works with acryllic paint, watercolors, charcoal, colored pencils, inks, and pastels. She is also open to working with digital media as well.

   She specializes in children's media for a general market such as books, comics, magazines, and paintings.  Julia Fernandez is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a BA.
